Positive: The room was very comfortable -- I especially appreciate having a few firm, foam pillows. I enjoyed the pool. I also want to mention an impressive act of customer service. When my white hair towel was mistakenly taken from my room with the laundry (taken for a washcloth or hand towel), I thought it was gone for good. But I went down to the front desk to see if they could recover it, just in case. They did find it -- within minutes! I was very happy about that.
Negative: There was some confusion over my reservation for my first night at the hotel. I'm still waiting to see if that gets straightened out.

Positive: The staff was so helpful - we had a special request and after we left, we forgot two items which they helped us track down. The room was big, clean, and quiet. The ac worked well and the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. There was a pool too!
Negative: We found it to be a great stay!

Positive: The breakfast was outstanding: lots of fresh fruits, choice of bread (including whole wheat), and great egg choices (including an eggwhite and veggie omelet).
Negative: Was VERY expensive (I think because we made our reservation at the last minute...just 2 hours before arriving).
Summary: Would definitely recommend; just reserve well in advance!
